WHAT IS DIGITAL MUNSHI ERP?

Digital Munshi ERP is an online, web-based, mobile app-based platform to record every business action performed. This online software can perform multiple tasks simultaneously on single clicks on popup windows while working on one page.

WHY DIGITAL MUNSHI ERP

Todays’ ERA is the ERA of digitalization and operates things on the move on any cell phone, laptop, or desktop; by pursuing the hurdles and challenges. We have made the solution named Digital Munshi that can single-handedly resolve all the organizational issues from (HR, Finance, IT, End User, etc.); below are the reasons you shift from conventional to Digital Munshi ERP system.

  • Digital Munshi is designed to work on a platform-less environment (any personal computer, any mobile phone browser, any operating system Windows Linux Mac, any browser Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Safari any location in world) with all operation Sales, Purchases, Vouchers, Reports, DashBoard.

  • Digital Munshi is designed to work on a go platform using Mobile Phone App Android with all operation Sales, Purchases, Vouchers, Reports, DashBoard.
  1. Desktop Application (Offline): 
  • Digital Munshi is also designed to serve Clients available on the counter even internet service is not available. Tellers can perform operations like sales on cash & credit card, Sales returns, cash payments, cash transfer to the cashier or another teller. If internet service is available, all sales & other posting information auto-synced with Web but if internet service is not available Sales counter continue sales with no show stopper, once internet restored all data synced with Web and system clear. 
  1. DESKTOP 2ND DISPLAY: 
  2. Desktop offline application specially designed with 2nd display for client view differs from salesman display.
  3. USER MENU CONTROL:
  4. Digital Munshi designed to control relevant menu items like registration, vouchers, invoices, reports only relevant to users.
  5. SECURITY:
  6. Login System Security 
  • Login system secured with OTP (One Time Password) received on your mobile / Email.
  • Every successful login attempt will be recorded with Date, name, Public IP Address, Operating System, Internet Browser. 
  • Login Session will expire if Idle for 10 Min. 
  • For security reasons, every login ID can log in to one system simultaneously. If you try to log in from another location with the same login id, the “Login ID already Singin” information message appears. 
  • For Security reason, Super Admin has the privilege to expire any user login session forcefully any time. 
  1. Posting Security 
  • All kinds of postings Like Payment & Recite Vouchers, Purchase & Sales Invoices & Registrations have been recorded with Operator login info, Date, Time, Public IP Address, Operating System, Internet Browser, which helps to audit all postings. 
  • To minimize fraud, risk our company builds a system with a No Edit & No Delete policy. Correction possible with reversal of each entry. 
  • For accuracy of all financial reports, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Profit Loss Back Date Entry is not allowed.

  2. Digital Munshi financial system is ready to use as Sales Tax and without Sales tax in Purchase & Sales. 
  3. LOYALTY CARD SYSTEM:
  4. For commercial campaigns, loyalty card features will give an additive advantage to buyers and sellers simultaneously, and this feature will work with RFID Cards only to save duplication and errors. 
  5. REPORT VIEWING SYSTEM: 
  6. While checking any report without quitting the report pages, all relevant entries (vouchers, invoices) are available in the popup window. 
  7. SALESMAN INCENTIVE CALCULATION:
  8. The module of commission feature integrated into Digital Munshi Financial System; the criteria are to be set by the company’s stakeholders for the sales team. 
  9. SUPPLIER & CLIENT LEDGER LOGIN 
  10. Supplier & Clients can view only their Ledgers on mobile, laptop, or pc using Digital Munshi credentials. 
  11. MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE: 
  12. Inventory can monitor multiple warehouses for any product. 
  13. STOCKS AUDIT: 
  14. The auditor will have a blind visit at any time to check and get the values by using a barcode, and it will auto compare with the existing inventoried stocks; all audit perform are saved automatically for reporting.
  15. This system has the provision for multiple warehouse inventory audit systems. 
  16. PRODUCT LOST & RECOVER: 
  17. With the Lost & Recover placement task, this Digital Munshi can handle four financial reports (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Profit & Loss). 14.BANK: 
  18. Post Dated Cheque will give the alert option for (payable and receivable) until the Transaction will be made, and it will post in the system with the transaction ID.
  19. Particularly designed receivable and payable vouchers for Banking transactions. 
  1. SAlARY SYSTEM: 
  2. You can post salary vouchers with a single click even if you have 1000 employees on the condition of defining each individual’s salary structure. b. Advances will automatically get deducted at the time of salary payoffs. 16. LEDGER REPORT ACCESS CONTROL: 
  3. Whenever your company is going to create a Ledger account of Supplier, Client, Expanse, assets, etc ….., it’s mandatory to define the list of users or groups who can access this specified Ledger in the report list. Using this feature, all Ledgers can be associated with relevant users like Admins, Finance Dept, Recovery dept, Operators, Sales Man, Procurement Department. By this division, relevant users can view only his all relevant supplier & clients in list or detail client Ledger.
